We have the experience and practical judgment to formulate optimal legal strategies.  The variety of our practice has taught us to be flexible and innovative in our approach to the litigation process.  We understand that each case requires a different strategy which takes into account the practical business realities of the matter. We staff cases leanly, with at least one partner maintaining hands-on control over the deployment of every case.  We develop cases in order to tell a compelling story at a trial or in arbitration.  We do not waste time on activities that do not not contribute to a successful outcome. 

Our flexibility permits us to charge reasonable standard hourly rates or, depending on the case, to enter other fee agreements that reward success and efficiency, such as contingent or flat fee arrangements or any other structure that we and the client devise.
